Regulatory notice
Priyanshu Decodes provides career guidance, job search support and general information about UK timelines and routes. It does not provide immigration advice or immigration services.
In the UK, giving immigration advice or services is a regulated activity. It may only be done by advisers registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (formerly the OISC), by solicitors and barristers, and by other people the law allows. Priyanshu Decodes is not registered with the Immigration Advice Authority and does not claim to be.
- We do not tell you whether you qualify for any visa or route.
- We do not prepare, check or submit visa applications, or communicate with the Home Office for you.
- We do not guarantee jobs, sponsorship or any visa outcome.

Privacy notice
What we collect. The details you type into the booking and contact forms: name, email, WhatsApp number, topic, message and the time slot you choose, plus your email address if you sign up for updates. Please do not send passport, BRP or other ID numbers.
Why. To reply to you, run the session you booked and keep a record of it. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored. Forms are stored in a database provided by Supabase. Replies may be sent by email or WhatsApp, which have their own privacy policies.
Chat assistant. If you use the chat assistant, your messages are processed to produce a reply. When the assistant runs in AI mode, your messages are sent to an AI service provider for that purpose. We do not store chat transcripts. Please do not type passport, BRP or other ID numbers into the chat. The assistant is an AI, not a person, and gives general information only.
Cookies and analytics. This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The site saves your document checklist ticks and whether you answered the helpfulness prompt in your own browser storage. These stay on your device. When the booking or contact database is connected, one script is loaded from the jsDelivr content network.
Email sign-up. If you sign up in the footer, we store your email address and the date, and only use it to send occasional updates about changes to the guides. Each email will have an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to delete your address on the contact page.
Page feedback. The yes or no answer to "Was this page helpful?" is stored with the page name only. It is not linked to you.
How long. We keep enquiries and bookings only as long as needed, and delete them on request.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by using the contact page.
Terms
Sessions are one-to-one calls. Fees are confirmed before you confirm a booking. Please give notice as early as you can if you need to reschedule. Content on this site is for general information and is provided without warranty.
